A results-driven Scheduling Manager to lead our high-performance Scheduling team in Dallas.  This role will report to the Project Controls Director with a focus on managing a team of schedulers supporting the projects executed by the Engineering Department. - Partner with Engineering Leadership, Project Managers, Schedulers, Cost Analysts, Data Analysts, and others in Engineering to support the needs of projects related to project schedules, progress updates, KPIs, benchmarks and other data via P6, Excel or other data sources. - Ownership of P6 to ensure simplicity, consistency, and visibility in support of project success. - Take the Scheduling team to the next level by improving processes and tools to enhance visibility and communication of project schedules. - Produce ad hoc reports and/or analysis as requested. - Occasional travel to job sites as it is needed to aid in the understanding of larger projects or support persons not located in Dallas (1-2 trips per quarter).  

The Natural Gas Scheduler will gather, maintain, coordinate and balance volumes of gas to be transported through FERC regulated on-system pipelines and facilities. This position will be directly responsible for and balancing all transportation volume activities for assigned EnLink controlled facilities.  The Natural Gas Scheduler will also be directly responsible for the daily verification and monitoring of scheduled volumes and imbalances for assigned systems. - Develop an extensive working knowledge of Company owned FERC regulated pipeline systems to understand opportunities for transportation efficiencies. - Handle all aspects of Nominations on company’s Electronic Bulletin Board (“EBB”). - Ensure that all daily and monthly gas nomination procedures, including third party EBB’s, are complied with, and all nominations and confirmations are handled in timely order. - Keep EBB vendor advised of any issues with EBB. - Monitor and report daily receipts and deliveries at interconnects for imbalance positions. Provide recommendations to eliminate imbalance positions and minimize forward exposure. - Work closely with Transportation Manager to ensure all contracts and deals are correctly structured to support our operations. - Enter all relevant data associated with transactions into the transaction management system, volumetrically balance the systems as required, and manage the volume flow through the system ensuring all arrangements and nominations are properly reflected. - Maintain close communication with accounting to ensure accurate and timely accounting documents are created and delivered to appropriate counterparty. - After hours and weekend on-call coverage is required.

EnLink is looking for a qualified individual who can manage the Integrity Management Programs (IMPs) as required by 49 CFR 192 & 195 for gas and hazardous liquid pipelines respectively. Candidate will manage the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk, particularly as it relates to system design and construction, system operations and system integrity to oversee the entire IMP process and be responsible for ensuring EnLink meets regulatory requirements. Provides leadership to the Pipeline Integrity Programs, Technical, and Execution teams and partners closely with multiple stakeholders including Operations and Engineering. This position is responsible for the compilation, transfer, and review of field data from a variety of measurement points and devices for crude and NGL’S.  They will identify volume and quality discrepancies and verify accuracy of the data to be used for financial reporting. - Analyze liquid balancing reports to identify potential liquids measurement errors and take actions to mitigate and measurement imbalances - Review monthly reports from internal & 3rd party measurement services for malfunctions in metering and sampling equipment in order to identify anomalies or recurring issues which negatively impact measurement accuracy - Provide accurate and timely liquids measurement data to Distribution and Accounting - Identify measurement trends and evaluate their impact on the overall gain/loss - Prepare explanations of gain/loss swings and trends - Review, analyze, and authenticate volumetric data, including the review of field measurement reports and any anomalies between the field measurement reports and FlowCal - Performs daily balancing functions for assigned assets, facilities and pipelines to ensure accurate reporting of measurement balance activities - Conduct periodic balance reviews with measurement personnel and work as part of the team to research and investigate measurement imbalance issues - Serve as backup for FlowCal Administrator to set up, maintain, and update meter data as well as monitor any unresolved FlowCal issues - Ensure measurement systems interface to business processes - Assist in the development of measurement gain/loss data collection and measurement tools within FlowCal - Keep supervisor apprised of measurement issues throughout the month - Expected to work with NGL Marketing personnel and Field Operations to answer questions and resolve issues affecting the balances - Communicate proactively with measurement and lab personnel about potential meter and analysis problems - Make site visits to operational and meter station locations

The Crude Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining crude system hydraulic models based on forward looking Commercial volume forecasts and current operational conditions. Successful management of the crude hydraulic models will require close collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Pipeline Control, and Asset Engineering groups. The Crude Systems Engineer will incorporate volume forecasts into the hydraulic model and recommend gathering and/or transmission infrastructure expansions. Infrastructure will typically include low pressure pipeline design and routing, LACT sizing and design, tankage expansions, and high-pressure pumping/transmission pipeline expansions. Additionally, the Crude Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting development of cost estimates for new Business Development opportunities as well as ongoing smaller scale infrastructure expansions and gas/crude system optimization.
