A results-driven Scheduling Manager to lead our high-performance Scheduling team in Dallas. This role will report to the Project Controls Director with a focus on managing a team of schedulers supporting the projects executed by the Engineering Department.
- Partner with Engineering Leadership, Project Managers, Schedulers, Cost Analysts, Data Analysts, and others in Engineering to support the needs of projects related to project schedules, progress updates, KPIs, benchmarks and other data via P6, Excel or other data sources.
- Ownership of P6 to ensure simplicity, consistency, and visibility in support of project success.
- Take the Scheduling team to the next level by improving processes and tools to enhance visibility and communication of project schedules.
- Produce ad hoc reports and/or analysis as requested.

The Natural Gas Scheduler will gather, maintain, coordinate and balance volumes of gas to be transported through FERC regulated on-system pipelines and facilities. This position will be directly responsible for and balancing all transportation volume activities for assigned EnLink controlled facilities. The Natural Gas Scheduler will also be directly responsible for the daily verification and monitoring of scheduled volumes and imbalances for assigned systems.
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of Company owned FERC regulated pipeline systems to understand opportunities for transportation efficiencies.
- Handle all aspects of Nominations on company’s Electronic Bulletin Board (“EBB”).

- Analyze liquid balancing reports to identify potential liquids measurement errors and take actions to mitigate and measurement imbalances
- Review monthly reports from internal & 3rd party measurement services for malfunctions in metering and sampling equipment in order to identify anomalies or recurring issues which negatively impact measurement accuracy

The Crude Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining crude system hydraulic models based on forward looking Commercial volume forecasts and current operational conditions. Successful management of the crude hydraulic models will require close collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Pipeline Control, and Asset Engineering groups. The Crude Systems Engineer will incorporate volume forecasts into the hydraulic model and recommend gathering and/or transmission infrastructure expansions. Infrastructure will typically include low pressure pipeline design and routing, LACT sizing and design, tankage expansions, and high-pressure pumping/transmission pipeline expansions.
