The DOT Specialist will develop, manage and coordinate Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance activities associated with the DOT Operations & Maintenance Plans (49 CFR 192 & 49 CFR 195) for Liquid and Natural Gas Pipelines.  This individual will work collectively with Operations, Pipeline Integrity, and Regulatory Departments to identify and ensure that EnLink complies with the state and federal DOT rules and regulations.  The DOT Specialist also directly supports EnLink pipeline operations for those natural gas and liquids pipelines applicable to DOT regulations. Currently, EnLink operates miles of liquid and gas pipelines spread throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio and Louisiana. - Develop, maintain and coordinate compliance activities associated with both the EnLink Liquid and EnLink Natural Gas DOT O&M Plans - Facilitate both internal and external audits - Support pipeline integrity assessment projects and IMP team when evaluating results from pipeline integrity projects. - Support Pipeline Integrity Engineers when evaluating Pipeline Integrity assessment schedules and deadlines. - Support PINDOT team when reviewing EnLink Liquid and EnLink Gas Integrity Management Programs (IMP). - Conduct incident investigations and manage action items identified from the investigations - Facilitate communication between EnLink and the respective Office of Pipeline Safety for each state in which EnLink operates. - Manage and ensure the required training as dictated under the DOT O&M Plans are being facilitated - Oversee new pipeline construction project in order to verify compliance with O&M Plans - Coordinate Emergency Response Planning and facilitate drill activities - Manage Public Awareness Activities - Manage Operator Qualification Program

This position will also assist in managing company sustainability objectives for the asset area. The Gas Pipeline Scheduler will gather, maintain, coordinate and balance volumes of gas to be transported through FERC regulated on-system pipelines and facilities. This position will be directly responsible for and balancing all transportation volume activities for assigned EnLink controlled facilities.  The Gas Pipeline Scheduler will also be directly responsible for the daily verification and monitoring of scheduled volumes and imbalances for assigned systems. - Develop an extensive working knowledge of Company owned FERC regulated pipeline systems to understand opportunities for transportation efficiencies. - Handle all aspects of Nominations on company’s Electronic Bulletin Board (“EBB”). - Ensure that all daily and monthly gas nomination procedures, including third party EBB’s, are complied with, and all nominations and confirmations are handled in timely order. - Keep EBB vendor advised of any issues with EBB. - Monitor and report daily receipts and deliveries at interconnects for imbalance positions. Provide recommendations to eliminate imbalance positions and minimize forward exposure. - Work closely with Transportation Manager to ensure all contracts and deals are correctly structured to support our operations. - Enter all relevant data associated with transactions into the transaction management system, volumetrically balance the systems as required, and manage the volume flow through the system ensuring all arrangements and nominations are properly reflected. - Maintain close communication with accounting to ensure accurate and timely accounting documents are created and delivered to appropriate counterparty. - After hours and weekend on-call coverage is required.
