This position will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of process plant and pipeline equipment.   - Maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of plant and pipeline equipment including P/D pumps, single and multistage vertical pumps, compressors, engines, cooling fans, etc. - Maintain spare parts inventory and supplies used for all equipment - Maintain maintenance records on all equipment such as routine, preventative maintenance, major repair work, as well as equipment availability records - Adhere to all operating and maintenance procedures as well as safety regulations in accordance with company policies - Coordinate with Contractors and vendors for needed parts, equipment and supplies - New employee will be required to attend a one-week company- paid safety training session on week 2 of employment.  This will include travel to offsite location, leaving on Sunday and returning on Friday.

This position will ensure the integrity and reliability of all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems including installation, troubleshooting and continued calibration as well as maintenance within the assigned area.  This will include: natural gas processing plant, compressor station, pigging facilities, and metering station.  Additionally, this position must also have a strong commitment to safety and environmental policies.   - Safely install, configure, test, calibrate, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and inspect electrical instrumentation as well as control system equipment - Monitor pressure, flow, temperature controls, process limited controllers, and gas analysis equipment - Use and understand the principles of operation of all meters and instruments used in applicable I&E work - Work with drawings, sketches, specs, as-builts, and make new for proposed installations and completed projects - Perform and document preventive maintenance inspections on electrical and control equipment in gas processing and compressor station facilities - Perform calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of sophisticated compliance analyzers, and has the capacity to make programming changes as well as additions - Interpret schematics to troubleshoot problems and performs database maintenance administration - Install and adjust measuring and control devices, signal transmitters, meters and signal pickups - Practice awareness concerning issues of health, safety and the environment; cooperates with emergency teams to anticipate and deal with any hazardous and/or unusual situations (oil spills, line leaks, and inclement weather, etc.) - Utilize Work Order database for maintenance activity - Review, approve and fill equipment requisitions - New employee will be required to attend a one-week company- paid safety training session on week 2 of employment.  This will include travel to offsite location, leaving on Sunday and returning on Friday.

Responsible for assisting in the operation of natural gas processing facility to ensure optimum plant performance, including monitoring operations of natural gas processing, product treating, compression, making necessary adjustments, performing inspections and conducting preventive maintenance.   - Responsible for plant log entries of gauges, dials, pressures, temperatures, gas throughput, liquid production, fuel consumption and other shift activities - Assist Maintenance and I&E Techs with routine maintenance as well as major projects. - observe and ensure compliance of operating and maintenance procedures as well as safety regulations in accordance with company policies - Complete all necessary monthly/daily reports as well as operational reports including but not limited too environmental, safety, near misses, downtime, and plant logs - Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on various types of plant equipment, such as engines, compressors, dehydrators, turbines, pumps, and other plant equipment; communicates findings to supervisors or technicians. - Start/stop operating equipment such as compressors, process skids, etc. - Perform general housekeeping on operating and idle equipment - Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant, equipment, and systems - New employee will be required to attend a one-week company- paid safety training session on week 2 of employment.  This will include travel to offsite location, leaving on Sunday and returning on Friday.
