Responsible for strategic direction and enhancement of environmental related Sustainability initiatives (“E” of ESG); improving compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; reducing environmental risks; and communicating environmental performance.  Lead and develop Environmental team to improve their professional development, subject matter expertise, and team strength.  Ability to sit and participate on trade association committees.   - Build and maintain productive collaborative relationships between the EHS Department and other business units as well as our customers, government agencies and peers within the industry. - Carry out implementation and functional management of environmental policies and practices in the organization, ensure its authenticity, and validate it in compliance with environmental regulatory authorities. - Lead strategic planning for improvement of environmental performance. - Work directly with environmental team, broader EHS Dept., Operations, Engineering, and company management to develop ways to positively impact environmental performance. SUSTAINABILITY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contribute to EnLink’s Sustainability Core Team and Sustainability Committee. The Crude Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining crude system hydraulic models based on forward looking Commercial volume forecasts and current operational conditions. Successful management of the crude hydraulic models will require close collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Pipeline Control, and Asset Engineering groups. The Crude Systems Engineer will incorporate volume forecasts into the hydraulic model and recommend gathering and/or transmission infrastructure expansions. Infrastructure will typically include low pressure pipeline design and routing, LACT sizing and design, tankage expansions, and high-pressure pumping/transmission pipeline expansions. Additionally, the Crude Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting development of cost estimates for new Business Development opportunities as well as ongoing smaller scale infrastructure expansions and gas/crude system optimization. The Senior Accountant - Midstream Gas Operations will be responsible for all aspects of plant accounting for various gas processing plants consisting of a variety of complex processing and gathering of transportation assets, including all margin reporting, balance sheet activity and invoicing /settlement for the assigned assets - Generate and record timely and accurately all sales invoices/inter-company sales, and purchase remittances, as well as process the associated receipts and payments. Ensure payments are properly and timely approved and paid - Work closely with asset managers to record monthly accrual - Perform monthly revenue analysis timely and accurately. The Mechanical Reliability Engineer is part of the Permian Operations Group supporting plant operation and reliability improvement efforts.
